1. Estate Walkthrough
We begin with an in-person walkthrough of the home to understand the scope of the project and your priorities. Every estate is different, so this step allows us to learn about the property, identify belongings that may require special handling, and answer any questions about the process.
During the walkthrough we evaluate:
Size and condition of the property
Volume of items to be cleared
Items that may have resale or donation value
Timeline for the home transition or sale
At the end, you receive a clear project scope and estimate.
2. Project Planning
Once we understand the estate, we create a clear plan for the work ahead. This includes scheduling the clearing, coordinating logistics, and outlining how contents will be sorted and handled.
This phase may include:
Project scheduling
Sorting strategy
Coordination with family members, real estate agents, or attorneys if needed
We aim to place belongings whenever possible—through resale, donation, or recycling—so that meaningful objects can continue their life beyond the estate.
This may include:
Returning to family members
Selecting for resale
Donating to local charities and organizations
Recycling when possible
Responsibly disposing when necessary

3. Estate Sorting & Clearing
Once the estate has been cleared, we prepare the property for whatever comes next.
This may include:
Final debris removal
Light cleaning
Coordination with real estate agents
Preparing the home for listing or sale
Our goal is to leave the property clean, empty and ready for its next stage.
4. Property Preparation
We finish with a final walkthrough to ensure everything has been handled according to the plan.
By the end of the process, the home will be fully cleared and ready for its next chapter.
