Our Story
Cline Estate Services was founded by husband-and-wife team Caitlin and Chad Cline.
Originally from the Carolinas, they have called Colorado home for more than fifteen years. Both grew up especially close to their grandparents and extended families—an experience that shaped their appreciation for the stories and history contained within a home.
Caitlin has always been drawn to history and the way everyday objects carry pieces of a family’s story. Estate work often brings those discoveries to light—photographs tucked into drawers, letters saved for decades, and furnishings that have quietly served generations.
Chad spent much of his career in construction project management, working extensively with marble and granite. His work required careful coordination inside private homes and the safe handling of heavy and valuable materials—experience that translates naturally to the physical and logistical demands of estate clearing.
Together, they created Cline Estate Services (a part of Cline Estate Co., LLC) to provide a more thoughtful approach to estate transitions. They believe the contents of a home deserve to be handled with care and respect, and that whenever possible, belongings should be thoughtfully redistributed rather than simply discarded.
For Caitlin and Chad, estate clearing is about helping families navigate a difficult transition while honoring the life that took place within the home.
